The leading CRM and Web Solution for small and medium
not-for-profit organisations receives high recognition from the
Institute Of Fundraising

IRIS Donor Strategy, a
web integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and
fundraising system used primarily by small and medium sized
charities has taken top marks in the latest Innovation Zone report
published by the IOF.

software was shortlisted and subsequently tested for
innovation, practicality and fundraising potential by a panel of
fundraising experts, including Institute staff and
members.
Terence Lovell, Head of Community Operations at Barnardo’s and
Innovation Zone panel member, says:
“As a sector, it is essential that we consider new fundraising
concepts, mechanisms and products in order that we can respond to
an ever changing and fast moving marketplace. Innovation will
be key to every organisation’s long term successes, whether that be
through modifications and improvements or something radically
different which can be tested and which has the potential to
deliver significant income.”
The panel found that
IRIS Donor Strategy “will make it easier for charities to keep
the data clean and up to date,” makes it “easy for donors to do
everything online – good for both donors and the charity,” and that
“having the option to have IRIS NFP host it provides extra
security.”
In summary the independent report findings are that “IRIS
Donor Strategy helped to provide smaller charities with the
tools they needed to be more efficient” and that
IRIS Donor Strategy allows smaller charities to “start
utilising tools that larger organisations have been enjoying for
